Weekly Workout Log: 12/11-12/17
Remember - this log is not a “prescription”, or plan for what YOU should necessarily do - just a DESCRIPTION of what I actually did! It is the product of my own work/family schedule, mood/preferences, and how I was feeling on each given day. For these reasons, I don’t recommending copying/imitating it precisely - but hope it can serve as a helpful example and source of inspiration!
12/11: kettlebell circuit
3 rounds circuit: 24Kg bells
Alt rotational press (5/side)
Deficit decline push-ups (15)
Clean + squat (5)
Suitcase rev lunge + knee drive (8/side)
Pull-ups (6-8)
Locomotive row (10/side)
12/12: 4 mile run avg 7:55
