Mostly kettlebell… and starting to lace up the running shoes again!

3/25: kettlebell + conditioning
5 rounds: (~25min)
10 snatches/side (24Kg)
2 min row

3/26: kettlebell circuit
4 rounds
6 OHP/side
12 SH Swings
8 offset squats/side

3/27: kettlebell strength (32kg)
3 supersets: alt clean + offset squat (4/side), push-press (5 side)
3 supersets: clean to reverse lung…
